Currencies

  • United States Orders: All transactions are priced and processed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Canadian Orders: All transactions are priced and processed exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The currency selector displayed at the top of our website is provided for your reference and convenience only. It does not affect the final transaction currency, which is automatically determined based on your confirmed shipping destination: USD for U.S. orders and CAD for Canadian orders.

If your payment card is issued in a different country or currency from the transaction currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion rates and/or foreign transaction fees. These charges are administered solely by your financial institution and are not collected or controlled by Katlin Larsen Northline.

Payment Authorizations and Charges

When you submit an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. The final charge is captured once your order is confirmed and begins processing.

In the event that a payment is declined or requires additional verification, we may contact you to confirm transaction details. If we are unable to complete verification within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled.

Refunds

All approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
