In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

All regularly priced items are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to our Return Policy. Final sale or non-returnable items are excluded.

14. Canadian Orders – Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For shipments to Canada, all applicable customs duties, taxes (e.g., GST/HST), and import fees imposed by Canadian authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable, even if the associated order is returned. Eligible refunds will include only the product price and, where required by law, the original shipping fee.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products purchased shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its applicable rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Texas, USA, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
