Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility Period
You may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition;

  • Have all original tags and labels securely attached;

  • Be accompanied by original packaging, where applicable.

Due to hygiene and product nature, certain items—including final sale merchandise, personalized products, or goods marked “non-returnable”—are not eligible for return. Such exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct size or color exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order online and follow our standard return process for the original item. In the event an item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we may offer a replacement or a refund based on our assessment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If an item is defective or we shipped the incorrect product, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label when available.

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind (e.g., incorrect size, style preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return results from an error on our part.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, please include clear photos illustrating any defects or issues. We will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide detailed return instructions.

6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding its status. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the indicated timeframe, we recommend first checking with your bank or payment provider. Should the refund remain unresolved, please contact us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist in investigating the matter.

8. Canadian Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable. Upon return of an eligible item, we will refund the product price and, only if required by law and the return is due to our error, the original shipping fee. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are excluded from all refunds.
