We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. Regrettably, we are unable to accept orders destined for regions outside these two countries at this time.
Please note that all shipments to Canada are subject to applicable international import regulations and requirements.
2. Order Processing Timeline
Once your payment is confirmed, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that order processing, shipping, and delivery do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
For orders shipped to Canada, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to validate shipping information, prepare necessary customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canada’s import regulations.
3. Estimated Delivery Windows
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date your order is dispatched:
United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Canada: Delivery time varies by specific destination within Canada, with an estimated range of 10–25 business days from dispatch. This extended window accounts for international transit and potential customs clearance procedures.
4. Shipping Carriers
United States Domestic Shipments: Orders are primarily fulfilled via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipments to Canada: We partner with USPS International to ensure reliable cross-border delivery. The exact carrier service may vary based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number will be sent to you. For U.S. domestic orders, full tracking is typically available throughout the delivery journey. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may be provided until the package reaches Canadian customs; subsequent tracking can often be accessed via the local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package status.
U.S. Orders: Tracking is updated in real time and covers the complete delivery process.
Canadian Orders: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available initially. Updates may become less frequent once the package departs the U.S. For the most current status, we recommend checking the website of the destination country’s local postal service using your tracking number.
6. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Canadian Orders)
For shipments to Canada, applicable duties, taxes (such as GST/HST), brokerage fees, and other import charges may be assessed by Canadian customs authorities or the delivering carrier upon arrival. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and are not collected or retained by our company.
As these charges are administered and retained by governmental or carrier entities, we are unable to issue refunds for them—even if the associated order is later returned.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
For U.S. Orders:
Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom) to see if the package was left in an alternate location.
Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to request detailed delivery information.
For Canadian Orders:
Allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, as international shipping and customs clearance can occasionally cause unforeseen delays.
Contact Canada’s local postal service or customs authorities with your tracking number—packages are sometimes held due to unpaid duties/taxes or missing documentation.
Confirm with those around you or nearby delivery points (e.g., local post offices) to see if the package was received or held for pickup.
If Your Package Remains Missing:
U.S. Orders: Please contact us within 7 days of the tracking-marked delivery date.
Canadian Orders: Please contact us within 14 days of the tracking-marked delivery date, allowing for extended international transit and customs processing time.
