Shipping LocationsWe currently ship our full range of men’s and women’s apparel to all valid residential and commercial addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We are unable to fulfill orders for our men’s/women’s pieces to regions outside the U.S. and Canada at this time. For Canadian orders of men’s/women’s apparel, international import rules (including duties, taxes, and customs requirements specific to clothing shipments) may apply; refer to our Duties & Taxes section for full details.
Processing TimeAll orders for men’s and women’s apparel are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. We do not process, ship, or deliver any orders on weekends or major U.S./Canadian public holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canada Day). For Canadian orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation, and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations for apparel shipments.
Estimated Delivery Time
- U.S. Standard Shipping: For all men’s/women’s apparel orders, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote U.S. locations (e.g., rural Alaska) may see a 2–3 day extension for heavier items like men’s outerwear.
- Canadian Shipping: Delivery timelines for Canadian orders of men’s/women’s apparel vary by province, ranging from 10–25 business days after dispatch—this accounts for cross-border transit and customs clearance for clothing items.
- Shipping Carriers

- Lost or Delayed PackagesIf your men’s/women’s apparel package is significantly delayed or marked “delivered” but not received, follow these steps:
- U.S. Orders:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management for alternate delivery locations.
- Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details for your apparel order.
- Canadian Orders:
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date—customs clearance for clothing shipments or international transit delays are common for men’s/women’s apparel.
- Check with Canada Post or CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) using your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties/taxes or missing documentation for apparel items.
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local post offices for missed deliveries of your men’s/women’s pieces.
If the package remains unlocatable:
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for U.S. men’s/women’s apparel orders.
