Refund & Return Policy


At Harrison Emberline Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of men’s and women’s apparel you purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our detailed refund and return policy below.
  1. Return Window You may submit a return request for any regular-priced men’s or women’s apparel item within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked “delivered” (per your shipping confirmation email). This window applies to all our core styles, from men’s casual chinos to women’s linen blouses. We cannot process refund requests for any men’s/women’s items returned after this 30-day period, including clearance pieces marked as final sale.
  2. Conditions for ReturnsTo qualify for a return of your men’s or women’s apparel, the items must meet these strict criteria to ensure quality for future shoppers:– Be entirely unworn and unwashed– Have all original tags and labels intact– Be returned in their original packaging , if applicable.
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain men’s/women’s items are non-returnable, and all pieces marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page. These exclusions are clearly highlighted on each listing to avoid confusion.
  1. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct size or color exchanges for any men’s or women’s apparel. If you need a different size, color, or style, place a new order for the desired piece (to ensure it’s in stock) and submit a return request for your original item.
If your men’s/women’s apparel is confirmed defective or we shipped the wrong item, our team may offer a free replacement (if the correct item is in stock) or a full refund at our discretion.
  1. Return Shipping Costs– For returns due to defective men’s/women’s items or our fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect sizing, wrong style shipped), we cover 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid USPS/Canada Post return label for U.S. and Canadian orders where available.– For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs for your men’s/women’s order are non-refundable unless the return is directly caused by our error (e.g., defective merchandise).

How to Request a ReturnBefore shipping back any men’s or women’s apparel, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following details:– Your full order number– Specific information about the item(s) to return (e.g., “Men’s XL cotton button-down – Style #MT123” or “Women’s M linen dress – Style #MT456”)– A clear reason for the return (e.g., “wrong size,” “defective stitching,” “style mismatch”).
If returning a defective item, include high-resolution photos of the issue (e.g., close-ups of a tear in a men’s sweater, faulty buttons on a women’s blouse) to speed up the review process. Our team will respond within 24 business hours to confirm if your return is approved and provide step-by-step shipping instructions for your men’s/women’s apparel.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned men’s/women’s apparel (verifying it meets our return conditions), we will send you an email notification of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account—this processing time is outside of our control.

Late or Missing RefundsIf you have not received your refund after the 5–10 business day processing window, we recommend first checking with your bank or card issuer (refunds may appear as “Harrison Emberline Studio Refund” on your statement or in pending transactions). If you still cannot locate the refund after verifying with your financial institution, contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
  2. Canadian Orders – Duties & TaxesFor orders of men’s/women’s apparel shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable by Harrison Emberline Studio. These fees are set by Canadian authorities and are your responsibility as the buyer.
If you return a Canadian order of men’s/women’s apparel, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and our original shipping fee only if required by Canadian law and the return is due to our error, such as a defective item). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees you paid upon delivery are not included in your refund amount.
